The color is light lemon with a faint green tint. A complex and refreshing aroma of melon rind, with a splash of sea, honeysuckle and a hint of beeswax. On the palate you will feel a subtle hint of ripe citrus. The finish is structured, long, dry to almost salty.

The wine goes well with Comté cheese, truffle pasta, mashed pea pesto on freshly toasted sourdough bread.
