You can smell fresh bread and marzipan in the aroma. The aroma is supported by the smell of grapefruit, lemon peel and oyster shell. The palate is beautifully balanced with elegance, power and energy leading to a rich finish with a characteristic subtle oak.

Chardonnay grapes were handpicked and processed without the use of artificial additives. Each wine block fermented independently in French oak barrels without artificial intervention, allowing both natural primary and malolactic fermentation. The wine matured for 10 months in barrels, without filtration.
